The cast of Survivor has nothing on mothers of children with autism/developmental delays/communication disorders. The twins’ behaviors last night were off the charts. I was at my wits’ end with them. Their father wasn’t home, and I depend on him so much to help me with them now that they are 16. Seriously, I challenge any of the cast of Survivor to deal with what moms of behaviorally-challenged kids with autism live with day in and day out. I’m thinking it’s a safe bet they wouldn’t survive the first 24 hours. They’d vote themselves off the island.
